Hilde uses Feng Shui basics in her Space Clearings of Homes and small Offices. In this course she will focus on energising the Relationship area of your home.(Feng Shui is based on the movement of the "chi" otherwise know as "the energy of life". This force flows through the universe, the earth and our human body. Chi brings good fortune in the form of physical energy, relationship affinity and material prosperity. If Chi is not allowed to flow freely around then it stagnates and transforms into destructive energy, know as Sha Chi. This negative energy can cause troublesome relating, depression, loss of health and prosperity.)

Hilde Light offers Rebirthing Breathwork* consultations and deep insights into the “Ways of the Feminine.” In the past 35 years she has taught and practised Rebirthing Breathwork, in which the Breath is called the Queen of consciousness. Breath is an intuitive and gentle act of breathing into the heart, as well as accessing the inner breath which is filled with Spirit.Rebirthing Breathwork is a tool for change.
